Running Elk Ranch Guest House I

Incorporating the re-use of a century old square-log building as the design crux, this residence brings a storied Bozeman ranch to bold new life. This design reconciled the clients' request for a modern, casual and comfortable living atmosphere while retaining the unique character of handcrafted timber homes of old. Taking full advantage of a spectacular sloped site, this home emerges from the landscape, exuding the strength and character of architecture crafted from the land.
