This is the second year in a row that Locati Architects' residential work has been awarded this prestigious recognition. The National Association of Home Builders in affiliation with Professional Builder magazine solicits submittals from international architects in efforts to recognize and celebrate outstanding residential architecture focusing on contextual appropriateness, design excellence and livability. Members of the talented design team at Locati Architects will attend the BALA award ceremony at the Sea World Gala in Orlando, February, 2008.

The BALA awards were presented on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at an award ceremony in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builder’s annual convention and exposition in Orlando, FL. Sponsored by Professional Builder magazine and the National Association of Home Builders, the BALA program showcases homes that illustrate design quality, succeed in the marketplace and exemplify the “Best in American Living.” A total of 92 award winners in 41 categories were chosen from more than 390 entries.
